Susan Hill

Real estate has always been part of Susan’s life. Raised in a family of builders, she spent her younger years walking job sites, helping oversee new homes in Clarksville and Oak Grove, and learning the business from the ground up—all while attending APSU.

When her family opened a real estate company, Susan shifted naturally from building homes to selling them. Since becoming licensed in Tennessee in 1998 and Kentucky in 1999, she has gained experience in every corner of the industry. She built a thriving real estate team, served as Principal Broker for multiple offices, and eventually followed her passion by opening her own brokerage in the heart of Clarksville.

Her company was created with intention: a place where agents can shine as individuals while being supported by a culture of integrity, strong values, and exceptional work ethic.

When she’s not serving clients, Susan is fully immersed in family and farm life. She and her husband, Jason, have shared over 30 years of marriage, and their daughter is now thriving as an entrepreneur with her own crafting business. Their young son keeps the family smiling as he enthusiastically expands their little farm, raising chickens, ducks, turkeys, and geese. Add in their devoted German Shepherd, and there’s never a dull moment at the Hill home.
